Request account & data deletion
To request deletion of your RosterMate account and associated server data, email sehdevstech@outlook.com with the subject RosterMate account deletion.
- Send the request from the Google email address connected to RosterMate, where possible.
- Tell us whether you want the entire RosterMate account deleted or only an older Firebase cloud backup removed.
- We will verify that you own the account, confirm the scope and respond with the deletion outcome or any necessary retention explanation.
Do not send passwords, card details, Google verification codes or your signing keys. Requests are handled manually; this page does not automatically delete data.
What the request covers
Subject to verified ownership and necessary retention, account deletion covers your Firebase authentication account, account/plan records, associated usage data and any legacy Firebase cloud backup. Purchase/trial anti-abuse records and transaction records may need to be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, purchase disputes or legal obligations. We will explain relevant exceptions when handling your request.
What you manage separately
- Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Account deletion or uninstalling does not cancel billing.
- Your Google account: it is not deleted by this request.
- Local roster and snapshots: export anything you want to keep, then clear RosterMate’s app storage or uninstall. This removes device-local app data, subject to Android backup behaviour.
- Exported files: remove copies from Downloads, other folders and any destinations where you shared them.
- Google Drive backup: disconnect in the app, revoke access in your Google Account if desired, and remove RosterMate’s hidden app data using Google Drive’s settings for managing apps. Disconnecting alone does not erase backups.
